TERMS OF SERVICE:

1 - COMMITMENT

ʚ All forms will be reviewed and must comply with my Terms of Service. Projects will be more selective, meaning that the artist will choose what she would like to work on, so some projects may not be accepted.

ʚ The client will provide all necessary information and requirements in advance, including visual references or any other material before work begins. It is recommended to compile all references into one large file, whether it be a PDF, Google Doc, Word file, or, preferably, a Google Drive folder.

ʚ The client guarantees the artist that any reference provided is obtained legally and with the client's authorized use.

ʚ The customer warrants that they have the authority to enter into this agreement and that they are solely responsible for decisions and approvals during the process.

ʚ The artist will endeavor to perform to the best of her abilities in good faith and warrants that the work is original to the best of her knowledge.

ʚ The artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free materials, educational materials, and tools.

ʚ The artist reserves the right to refuse a job based on its content, subject matter, or other reasons.

ʚ The artist has no interest in any type of image generated by artificial intelligence or NFTs, and the client agrees not to use the artist's work in any of these media.

2 - DEADLINES AND PROCESSES

ʚ The estimated time for the work can be from a minimum of 2 weeks to 5 months, depending on the other jobs in the queue and their complexity. If you cannot wait, please do not place an order.

ʚ The artist will provide updates and feedback voluntarily.

ʚ The client may request progress reports at any stage of the process, provided they refrain from asking every day, as this may interfere with the artist's work.

ʚ Files will be delivered via Google Drive.

ʚ If there is any delay or adjustment to the waiting time, the artist will inform the customer.

3 - CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

ʚ The artist will not create explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.

ʚ Specific restrictions include, but are not limited to: furries, gore, armor, scenarios, explicit adult content (there are exceptions), real people, animals, elderly people, copying styles, monsters.

4 - REVIEWS, CHANGES, AND LIMITS

ʚ Only two general revisions are allowed during the drafting period at no extra charge.

ʚ After the line art, only minor revisions will be allowed, such as colors and small mistakes made by the artist.

ʚ Additional fees will be charged for excessive revisions, or even cancellation of the work.

ʚ Revisions and changes may affect progress and waiting time.

ʚ Customers cannot edit the final work unless it has been specified in advance during the order or with the artist's approval.

5 - COMMUNICATION

ʚ Communication should occur throughout the project, including the process, idea, collaboration, updates, and more.

ʚ The artist's response may take up to a week to provide better information or updates.

ʚ The artist and the client agree to discuss relevant issues related to the project. Both parties have the right to reject other topics.

ʚ If the client fails to maintain contact for an extended period, the work may be canceled.

6 - USAGE RIGHTS

ʚ By default, the artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights, which include but are not limited to displaying, advertising the work or progress of the work on websites, social media, portfolios, streaming channels, and more, except when some or all rights are transferred to the client under agreement or project specifications.

ʚ If the customer wishes to cancel the order but the draft has already been started, the artist has the right to use their pose for any purpose.

7 - PAYMENTS

ʚ The payment methods currently accepted are PayPal and Pix.

ʚ Prices are in BRL or USD.

ʚ Prices may change or vary depending on complexity, requirements, and/or additional requests.

ʚ The customer agrees not to request refunds and that the refund policy will be followed.

8 - CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.

ʚ If the customer cancels the order within 7 days after payment, they may be eligible for a partial refund of 50%, and the customer will be added to a list of no longer accepted customers.

ʚ A full or partial refund will not be possible after 7 days from payment, unless initiated by the artist themselves or due to circumstances as listed below.

ʚ If the artist is unable to complete the work for any unforeseen reason, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.

ʚ If the client wishes to cancel the commission even without the possibility of a refund, the Artist will deliver the work to them up to the point at which it was completed.

ʚ Once the product has been delivered, no refunds are possible as it is a customized product.

9 - CONFIDENTIALITY

ʚ Work that is supposed to be private may incur a fee.

ʚ The customer's social network will not be disclosed unless they give their permission.

ʚ I will post the finished piece on social media and in my portfolio, unless the client requests privacy in advance.
